Killer Email Writing

Do you know that the average office worker receives 121 emails each day? This means that the majority of your potential customer’s incoming emails are unwanted “cold” emails. Many of these will be thrown away right away, and never being used for what they were meant to do.

Killer email writing is the only way to keep your email from being deleted or even flagged as spam. It is intended to grab your potential client’s attention. Then how can you do that?

As Alex Berman teaches, there are 3 steps of how to write a killer email.

1. The Compliment

The first thing that should be present in a killer email is a compliment. Human need to be valued and appreciated. Since being valued and appreciated are basic human needs, you need to give your customers sincere compliments to win their hearts and get them to keep reading your email.

2. Case Study

A good killer email always provides content such as a case study. Aside from showing authority, making a case study will help you build relationships with customers. It also provides answers about your product that will make your customer’s journey less challenging.

3. Call to Action

After you win their heart and attention, it is time to drive them along the way to conversion. It is a simple task for them to click a subscribe button or even a purchase button. These buttons are what we call “Calls to Action. A good call to action is a simple word that can be seen by your customer below your email. But remember, try to focus on creating one button so that your client doesn’t get distracted.
